Don't send repeated invites to guilds, teams, duels, matches or other group functions. If someone says no once they don't want to play... get over it!

I think it's very rude to send repeated invites to guilds and teams over and over again. If I wanted to join your stupid good guild I would've answered the first 100 times! Can you say the word SPAM?! You don't like it in your e-mail. So what makes you think that people will like it when they're trying to play a game? Just because you have a large team that doesn't doesn't make your team good. Yes, there is power in numbers, what a surprise! Who cares if you have a large team or you have a popular guild. This isn't high school; nobody is trying to win any popularity contests. We just want to get online and have a good time with our friends. Think about it, you just want to play with your friends anyway. Online gaming is not a social network like Facebook or MySpace. If you want to make friends go somewhere else this isn't the venue to make friends. This is the venue to have fun and play some video games with your friends.

If you play on a team with a team. There is no "I" in team. Not everyone can be the hero every time. Don't rush ahead it will cost your teammates or they'll have a reason to hate you.

This is a good opportunity for me to discuss role players. There are people that are very good at playing certain roles on the team. Why wouldn't you want someone that is more comfortable in a particular role to play that role?

I watched two of my friends play completely successfully together one night. One person did all the shooting of one person did all of the driving of the vehicles. They were completely dominant player on the field playing that way. If they had switched roles, they would not have been even remotely as successful. If the driver took over the gun and the gunner took over the wheel they would have not been as successful and both of them would have told me that they felt they could have played a bit better.

Not every football team can have a team full of quarterbacks. Nor would you want a one-sided team. I wish people would think about this when they’re playing a game as a team. I always think of it for me to play laser tag. We played in a maze and we played as a team. Our stats were always better when my buddy who love to shoot people focused on offense and I played defense because I prefer defense and I defended the fort. It's a simple concept that I feel should be easily adapted, but I have friends that think every player should be equally good at every task.

This is just silly to play that way! Think of all the successful teams that you know. Would the 49ers have been as good if Jerry Rice could play quarterback as well as Joe Montana? The answer is obviously no. They all have role players, let them play their roles and stop complaining that every player on the team is not a FRAG-Master. When you play in a team environment you can't ever expect everyone to be equally as good. If you do, your team is just doomed to failure.
